Staying healthy whilst learning at home – ‘10-a-day’

We are also aware that many children may find an extended period of seperation from peers difficult. We are therefore looking to encourage the ’10-a-day’ approach that we use at school. In the Headteacher’s blog you can hear Tracey, the school Nurse talking about how important these are.

Mental Health and Wellbeing

The importance of children and young people's mental health has never been more critical, particularly post pandemic. At the Cornerstone Academy Trust the children engage with a number of activities for Children’s Mental Health Week. The focus has often been on getting children and adults to find creative ways to share your thoughts, feelings and emotions through activities like music, art, dance or photography.
